Available exclusively to ClickHome27 subscribers, the new HIA Online integration connects ClickHome27 with HIA's online contract portal, allowing relevant job information to flow directly into the contract so it can be generated instantly.

WHAT'S NEW?

Connect ClickHome27 with HIA Online: generate HIA contracts directly from ClickHome27, using the job information already held in your system.

Automatically populate contract details: relevant job data, including client and project information, is transferred from ClickHome27 into the HIA contract, reducing the need for manual data entry.

Generate contracts faster: with the relevant fields already populated, contracts can be generated at the click of a button, reducing the time spent on contract administration.

Keep information consistent: enter information once in ClickHome27 and carry it through to the HIA contract, helping reduce duplicate data entry and the risk of inconsistencies between systems.

The HIA Online integration is part of ClickHome27's growing range of integrations, helping builders connect the systems they already use and keep information flowing between them.

Available exclusively to ClickHome27 subscribers, Contract Duration Management brings contract dates, delay events, extensions of time and liquidated damages into one place, giving builders a clearer view of how changes to a project timeline affect the contract.

WHAT'S NEW?

Track contract dates: keep the original completion date, current contract end date and latest forecast visible together, making it easier to understand where a project stands against its contractual timeframe.

Record delay events: capture delays as they occur, including the event, duration and relevant details, creating a record of how delays have affected the project.

Manage extensions of time: track the Extension of Time (EOT) process from draft through to claim and approval and send the EOT letter directly from ClickHome to the client.

Track contract-allowed days: record and account for days allowed under the contract when assessing the impact of delays and changes to the completion date.

Monitor liquidated damages: see where a project sits against its current contractual timeframe and identify potential liquidated damages exposure as the project progresses.

The information is stored in one place, giving teams a clearer history of how and why contract time has changed, without having to piece the record together from emails, spreadsheets and other systems.

Contract Duration Management is available exclusively to ClickHome27 subscribers.

Put more of ClickHome where the work happens.

The latest version of the ClickHome Field Operations is now live, with improvements designed to make working from site more reliable and efficient.

What's new in this release?

Security improvements – Single Sign-On (SSO) and user impersonation are now available, enhancing admin support, security and user convenience.

Scheduling clarity – Days ahead/behind calculations now use working days rather than calendar days, accounting for non-work periods. This aligns the iPad experience with the desktop and gives supervisors a more accurate view of how the job is tracking.

Callback notifications – Don't let outstanding callbacks slip through the cracks. The Field Device now alerts you when a callback hasn't been actioned, helping ensure nothing falls off the radar.

Better inspections – Inspections now only requires 1 signature, in case it's a single sign off from the Supervisor. Furthermore we have improved syncing of photos, saving of signatures without inspection finalisation and more.

UI improvements – The confusing hourglass icon has been replaced with the red square icon to indicate when a task has been scheduled.

This latest release continues to give supervisors the tools they need to manage jobs from site. From your iPad, you can view assigned jobs, review tasks, coordinate suppliers, manage scheduling changes, complete inspections, upload photos, capture signatures, manage requisitions and more.

If automatic updates are enabled on your iPad, the app will update automatically. Otherwise, head to the App Store to update manually.

Get every progress claim out on time, invoiced

Claims is the newest module of ClickHome27 to roll out. It brings every progress claim on a contract into one view, so you can see what has been raised, what is due and what has been paid without hunting through different systems.

What's new

• Every claim raised, due and paid in one view. Every stage on the contract, its amount and its status, with the cash position for that job right beside it.
• Raise the claim and send the invoice in one step. One action raises the claim, assigns the invoice number, generates the invoice and sends it to your customer and their finance company.
• Claims prepared automatically from your contract. Tied to your build stages, with amounts worked out from the contract value, ready the moment a stage is done.
• Checks before a claim goes out. ClickHome confirms the task is complete, the inspection is signed off and the paperwork is on file, on the stages you choose.
• Payments tracked, overdue claims flagged. Know exactly where the cash sits on every job, and follow up what is late without digging for it.

This new release also has some other exciting new things like MS Teams integration and Expanded Tenders Options. See the full releasenotes here.
