Get every progress claim out on time, invoiced

Claims is the newest module of ClickHome27 to roll out. It brings every progress claim on a contract into one view, so you can see what has been raised, what is due and what has been paid without hunting through different systems.

What's new

• Every claim raised, due and paid in one view. Every stage on the contract, its amount and its status, with the cash position for that job right beside it.
• Raise the claim and send the invoice in one step. One action raises the claim, assigns the invoice number, generates the invoice and sends it to your customer and their finance company.
• Claims prepared automatically from your contract. Tied to your build stages, with amounts worked out from the contract value, ready the moment a stage is done.
• Checks before a claim goes out. ClickHome confirms the task is complete, the inspection is signed off and the paperwork is on file, on the stages you choose.
• Payments tracked, overdue claims flagged. Know exactly where the cash sits on every job, and follow up what is late without digging for it.
