The latest version of the ClickHome Field Operations is now live, with improvements designed to make working from site more reliable and efficient.

What's new in this release?

Security improvements – Single Sign-On (SSO) and user impersonation are now available, enhancing admin support, security and user convenience.

Scheduling clarity – Days ahead/behind calculations now use working days rather than calendar days, accounting for non-work periods. This aligns the iPad experience with the desktop and gives supervisors a more accurate view of how the job is tracking.

Callback notifications – Don't let outstanding callbacks slip through the cracks. The Field Device now alerts you when a callback hasn't been actioned, helping ensure nothing falls off the radar.

Better inspections – Inspections now only requires 1 signature, in case it's a single sign off from the Supervisor. Furthermore we have improved syncing of photos, saving of signatures without inspection finalisation and more.

UI improvements – The confusing hourglass icon has been replaced with the red square icon to indicate when a task has been scheduled.

This latest release continues to give supervisors the tools they need to manage jobs from site. From your iPad, you can view assigned jobs, review tasks, coordinate suppliers, manage scheduling changes, complete inspections, upload photos, capture signatures, manage requisitions and more.

If automatic updates are enabled on your iPad, the app will update automatically. Otherwise, head to the App Store to update manually.
