After a quiet stretch, the App Store version of ClickHome Field Device is back with regular updates. Version 3.22.1 is the first of many, with more rolling out over the coming weeks.

📸 Rock Solid Inspection Photo Uploads

Losing signal on site is a fact of life. Now it will not cost you your photos.

• Photos upload in smaller groups, so uploads resume after a signal drop or when the app goes to the background
• When something does go wrong, support can diagnose it far faster

✅ Sharper Filters on iPad

The "Assigned To Me" filter on iPad now narrows results correctly, so your list shows only what is yours.

• SWMS Access: Easily find SWMS from the field. This makes site safety documentation much more visible and gives your supervisors confidence when on site. Read more here.
  
• Supervisor Impersonation: Support staff and admins can now impersonate users, allowing them to see and solve user issues exactly as users experience them. This means faster support and easier troubleshooting with less confusion. Read more here.

This release introduces support for Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA). When you're logging in from the field, you can now use your organisation's secure login process for added peace of mind.

Don’t let outstanding callbacks slip through the cracks.
The Field Device app now keeps an eye on callbacks for you. If a callback hasn't been actioned, you’ll get a timely warning so nothing falls off the radar.

📥 How to Get the New Version

This version of the Field App will not be available via the public App Stores. Instead, it's distributed via a custom download link, giving you the flexibility to install it alongside your current version if needed. That said, we strongly recommend using the new version as your primary app going forward, as it's where all future updates and improvements will be focused.

We're excited to announce the launch of the new version of the ClickHome Field Operations app.

There won’t be any surprises for current users - the new app has the same features, look and feel as the existing iPadOS app, however the platform underneath has been re-written to allow for extra functionality in the future.

In the lead-up to the official release, we're looking for beta testers to help us field-test the new version of the app. By signing up as a beta tester you'll play a critical role in ensuring its success. While we’ve conducted extensive end to end testing in-office there’s nothing like testing it in the field to make sure it works.

Note: On release of the new app the previous version will no longer be available for download on the App store.

We have released a new update for the ClickHome Field Operations - version 3.14.0

This version Introduces the much anticipated Status Report Feature! This allows you to rate your jobs, add daily notes and also add in stop days simply from the field!
