WHAT'S NEW? 

Track contract dates: keep the original completion date, current contract end date and latest forecast visible together, making it easier to understand where a project stands against its contractual timeframe. 

Record delay events: capture delays as they occur, including the event, duration and relevant details, creating a record of how delays have affected the project. 

Manage extensions of time: track the Extension of Time (EOT) process from draft through to claim and approval and send the EOT letter directly from ClickHome to the client. 

Track contract-allowed days: record and account for days allowed under the contract when assessing the impact of delays and changes to the completion date. 

Monitor liquidated damages: see where a project sits against its current contractual timeframe and identify potential liquidated damages exposure as the project progresses.

HIA Contracts Online: Our new HIA Online integration makes generating HIA contracts quicker. Relevant job information flows directly into the HIA contract fields, allowing a PDF contract to be generated instantly.

Contract Duration Management: Manage contract days, Extensions of Time (EOTs) and delays in one place. You can now record and dispute delay days, notify customers, calculate contractual dates and manage liquidated damages, with options to automate variations and notifications.

Easier contract signing: Improvements to DocuSign and ClickHome+ make signing more reliable, including clearer handling of failed signings and the ability to resend signing requests.

Improved inspections: Inspection information captured in the field now includes the inspection start time and duration, providing a more complete record of site activity.

Better document management: Improvements to JobFile, SharePoint and Groveller help keep documents synchronised and up to date, including fixes for duplicated and superseded documents.

MyHome improvements: Updates to MyHome make it easier to access catalogue products, options and wish lists, while also addressing issues with tender option files.

More reliable scheduling and automation: Improvements to scheduling, backend processing, notifications and automation help ClickHome run more reliably behind the scenes.

Other improvements and fixes: This update also includes improvements across Leads, MobileLeads, the ClickHome Field App, Exchange appointments, Activity Reports, variations, claims, security and system performance.

Claims is the newest module of ClickHome27 to roll out. It brings every progress claim on a contract into one view, so you can see what has been raised, what is due and what has been paid without hunting through different systems.

What's new

• Every claim raised, due and paid in one view. Every stage on the contract, its amount and its status, with the cash position for that job right beside it.
• Raise the claim and send the invoice in one step. One action raises the claim, assigns the invoice number, generates the invoice and sends it to your customer and their finance company.
• Claims prepared automatically from your contract. Tied to your build stages, with amounts worked out from the contract value, ready the moment a stage is done.
• Checks before a claim goes out. ClickHome confirms the task is complete, the inspection is signed off and the paperwork is on file, on the stages you choose.
• Payments tracked, overdue claims flagged. Know exactly where the cash sits on every job, and follow up what is late without digging for it.
