  • Site Meetings: "Just confirming our site walkthrough for Thursday. Please remember to wear closed-toe shoes."
  • Document Required: "We’ve sent a variation document to your email. Please review and sign so we can keep things moving!"

3. The "Practical" Updates Manage expectations before they become complaints.

  • Supplier information now pre-fills in the wizard, speeding up job setup.
  • Last completed task scrolls into view on the callsheet.
  • Trade selection now enabled for Auto-Tasks.
  • Wizard Scheduling now highlights previous dates for quick reference.
  • Estimated completion date syncs across the app.
  • Job List 'Sort By' choice is remembered for each user.
  • Requisition and filter selections are now remembered.
  • Calendar job and task counters update instantly when filters change.

ClickHome 3.20.4 and 3.20.5 are now released, this release mainly focused on some minor minor improvements.

Improvements

Webleads: Improved webleads deduplication algorithm.

Construction: Callups can now be sent to Virtual Suppliers (eg. City or Council)

Tenders: Added configuration to specify which Tender Phase allows you to automatically update the Contract Value

  • MFA helps prevent unauthorised access even if your password is compromised.

⚠️ Callback Warnings

Don’t let outstanding callbacks slip through the cracks.
The Field Device app now keeps an eye on callbacks for you. If a callback hasn't been actioned, you’ll get a timely warning so nothing falls off the radar.



📥 How to Get the New Version

This version of the Field App will not be available via the public App Stores. Instead, it's distributed via a custom download link, giving you the flexibility to install it alongside your current version if needed. That said, we strongly recommend using the new version as your primary app going forward, as it's where all future updates and improvements will be focused.
