ClickHome 3.12.6
We've released ClickHome 3.12.6! This release includes heaps of enhancements to Tenders, including greater customisation for your sales team, more fields on tender options and packages and heaps more. Check them out below or see the technical release notes for more!
NEW!
Tenders
Options & Packages: Users can now add custom specifications and addendum when adding options and packages to a tender.
If permitted, sales users can edit the default description shown on options and packages. By default, the description cannot be changed.
Price Levels: Added a new Validation Entry for price levels. This setting determines whether the "Margin/Markup Factor" on Price Levels will be applied to the product's Margin or Markup.
Additionally, an issue was corrected in the way Margin is calculated against Options, Packages and House Types.
Creating Tenders: Added a 'Suburb' field when creating a Tender in Mobile Leads.
Tenders - Admin
Packages: In the Package Admin screen, added the 'Bulk Add Houses' option, allowing users to easily assign multiple House Types to a Package at once.
You can filter to the house types you need, then select them and add them to the package all at once.
Price Displays: Updated the way Price Displays are configured, making it easier to customise the rules for each Price Display. For more details, please see this support article.
Packages & House Types: Added BOQ Placeholder status flags to the database for Packages and House Types. This allows you to use a Package and later add the underlying buildup.
Mobile Leads
Options List: In Mobile Leads, placeholder options now display their selections in the options list.
Added a new "Independent" filter mode for custom fields on options.
Filter mode will default to "Hierarchical", which is how custom fields filtered in previous versions of ClickHome.
Report Header: In MobileLeads, users can now modify the Report Header assigned to Packages, Options and Custom Options.
Field Device
Added the ability for iPad Date Restrictions (e.g. DRDueAhead, DRPlannedAhead) to be configured by Business Unit.
