The latest ClickHome27 update is here, with new features and improvements designed to make managing your jobs easier.

Here’s what’s new.

HIA Contracts Online: Our new HIA Online integration makes generating HIA contracts quicker. Relevant job information flows directly into the HIA contract fields, allowing a PDF contract to be generated instantly.

Contract Duration Management: Manage contract days, Extensions of Time (EOTs) and delays in one place. You can now record and dispute delay days, notify customers, calculate contractual dates and manage liquidated damages, with options to automate variations and notifications.

Easier contract signing: Improvements to DocuSign and ClickHome+ make signing more reliable, including clearer handling of failed signings and the ability to resend signing requests.

Improved inspections: Inspection information captured in the field now includes the inspection start time and duration, providing a more complete record of site activity.

Better document management: Improvements to JobFile, SharePoint and Groveller help keep documents synchronised and up to date, including fixes for duplicated and superseded documents.

MyHome improvements: Updates to MyHome make it easier to access catalogue products, options and wish lists, while also addressing issues with tender option files.

More reliable scheduling and automation: Improvements to scheduling, backend processing, notifications and automation help ClickHome run more reliably behind the scenes.

Other improvements and fixes: This update also includes improvements across Leads, MobileLeads, the ClickHome Field App, Exchange appointments, Activity Reports, variations, claims, security and system performance.
